I am proud to serve as the Senior Vice-President of the Paddington Stone Realty team.  Our focus, dedication and knowledge is centered around our clients.  My mission when getting into this business was to reinvent the way people think about Real Estate Agents and Brokers as professionals.  As a member of the National Association of Realtors® and Associate Broker with Paddington Stone Realty I believe I am making that a reality….one client at a time!

When working with buyers:

I understand that matching properties and individuals is a ‘people business’.  A Westchester native and resident for over 20 years, I am very familiar with the tremendous growth and changes that have occurred in this great county.  Having intimate local area knowledge of every major town in Westchester is important to me because it is important to my clients.  By being up to date on everything that is Westchester I am able to advise my clients on details about the reinvention of White Plains, New Rochelle and the Yonkers Waterfront.  However, I do not only focus on the big picture.  I know it’s the little things that count.  My clients want to know how far properties are from the train, what’s the best local daycare, where are the local hotspots, where’s the nearest Starbucks, where are the trails for walking and biking, what are the best restaurants?  I am excited to get to know my clients and to be able to guide them through this milestone experience with their true interests at heart.

When working with Sellers:

I utilize my extensive marketing experience to design and tailor a unique marketing plan which maximizes the exposure of every home I sell.  This 20 page personalized plan includes major print publications such as the New York Times and the Journal News.  However I know that according to the National Association of Realtors over 78% of buyers began their search on the internet in 2006.  That is why a large percentage of our marketing budget is geared towards marketing your home on the internet using the most highly trafficked Real Estate websites out there.  I will feature your home on the #1 Real Estate website, Realtor.com, so it gets as much as 299% more exposure on average.  Your property will also be submitted to top sites such as AOL® and MSN®.  The sale of your home will be given the attention it deserves and you expect. 

When working with Renters:

I treat my clients searching for rental properties with as much importance as I treat my buyer clients.  Whether you have lived in Westchester for your entire life or have never been to Westchester before, your experience with me will lead you to the perfect ‘home’.   I have access to thousands upon thousands of listings throughout Westchester County.  These include MLS rental listings, management companies, exclusively rental buildings, private owners, and exclusive Paddington Stone Realty rental listings.  These listings range from $900/month studios to ‘Trump’ style luxury exceeding $10,000.00/month.  I will take the time to get to know your needs and wants and match those to your budget.  It is extremely important to me that I maintain your financial comfort level while finding you as many options as possible. 

Our journey will not end once I have found you the perfect apartment.  I will continue guide you, at no charge, on the path to home ownership.  I have access to many valuable resources for first time homebuyers including government grants of up to $5,000 towards your down payment, low first time homebuyer mortgage rates, and much much more.
